These procedures follow a risk-based approach consistent with the recommendations of the Financial Action Task Force and with the Financial Transactions Reporting Act of The Bahamas. The firm may decline or end any engagement on these grounds, without giving reasons.

The firm acts in its own commercial interest and owes no fiduciary or advisory duty to the parties it deals with. It may hold, buy, sell or hedge positions in securities or related instruments, including those of companies it discusses or transacts with, and it may transact with other parties at the same time.

Discussions with the firm, and any indicative proposal it provides, are confidential and for discussion only. They are not a commitment, an offer or an obligation of any kind, and they may be withdrawn or varied at any time. Only signed, definitive documentation binds the firm. Material non-public information is neither requested nor required at the enquiry stage.
